As previous post, I have playing FM as fast as furious. So, in order to catch up my current season I will make this season story more short and focus on important part only. As usual, we as manager have to choose our club season expectations. For second season, I believe with some money that given by Board I can achieve champions league spot. But to reduce pressure to achieve the objective, I just set our objective to stay at top half of the table. Board have been offer transfer war chest for $53M and wage budget $575K. This transfer amount should be enough to secure 3-4 good players for Wolves.

This season I have been award with new 4 years contract on $12500 per week. I delighted with the way Board approach me and straight forward I accepted the offer.

Transfer Activity

As I have $53M to be use, I decided to sell the players that will be not use my squad. From this, I can reduce wage budget and will let me to offer more attractive salary package to new players.

18 players have been sold and we received $55M. Some players I had to sold because of of the players request like Sam Vokes, Sebastian Viera and Marc Crosas. 2 most valuable players – Crosas and Viera had to leave as I don’t want to hold them if they if not happy with the club. Both of them sold for $19M. Milijas has been sold during January transfer, the deal has been concluded on October so I already have replacement for him. Also noted that Camel Meriem, our playmaker has been sold as I already have better player to replace him and the best thing is I got him for free so this is totally 100% profit for us.

Wow! I have spent about $98M in order to strengthen our team. 3 players with fee more than $20M. I bought 2 fullback – Julien Faubert and Vyacheslav Shevchuk as I need a strong fullback to go up to support our attackers during attacking phase. 4 players for Midfield – Gojko Kacar, Marc Crosas, Ivan Rakitic and Sergey Krivets as a winger and 1 for striker – Welliton as I need a striker that can score whenever he needed. Most notable bought is Ivan Rakitic which I got him only for $4M, what a bargain. Also to replace Sebastian Viera, I have bought Guilermo Ochoa. I know this guy very popular in FM and even in the forums and blogs. So, Whats now? I need to sort out my formation, tactics, my coach and scout. This season also I have new Assistant Manager as the old one is not good enough.
